IOF, which included M6 process. This included discussing ways to
improve the process. The focus was circuit design and network systems,
as it was associated with the equipment. This included working on the
M&P for E911 Diversity which outlined the trunking, special service
circuits, and SONET requirements.

which included reviewing the equipment installed in the Central Office.
This included: Switch, Transport, and Power.

Mid-Atlantic Engineering Leader (IT project to implement SAP)
Represented
the Mid-Atlantic Engineering organization, consisting of over 400 employees,
for the SAP implementation. My role included negotiating new processes
for Engineering in order to create and finalize the SAP system
design.

‘tested’ the system before implementation.
